About the plant
"Ulyanovsk plant Stroiplastmass Limited" was based in the beginning of 1989, when the small workshop, producing linoleum, was decided to build near Ulyanovsk. In association with Moscow HSRI "Polimerstroimaterialy" we created necessary documentation and began to build the plant. At 30 September 1989 we produced the first meters of linoleum.
In 1990 we launched the manufacturing line, producing wall-emerizing material "Penoplena". In 1993 we opened up the production of pressurizes, polyethylene pellicle, izopellicle, vinylskin, sanitarian-technical units which are made from artificial marble. In 1995 needle-piercing linen's workshop began to produce the linoleum's underlying cause, and in 1996 we launched polyethylene chimneys, which diameter varies from 25 to 110 millimeters, water-dispersing paints for external and internal works and "Divitax" glue.
In last yeas we opened up the production of foamed polystyrene plates, oil-paints and alkyd enamel. Our production technology of linoleum became more modern.
In more than 10 years we became specialized and stable working company. In 1995 we were awarded "The leader of Russian Economy" and received a nominal certificate. In 1998 general director R.H. Nasyrov became a laureate of International manufacturer's and entrepreneur's competition of CIS as a "Director of the year - 1997".
In 2001 Nasyrov was awarded a "Director of 2001", received "Gold standard" and nominal certificate when he was participated in the International program "Partnership for progress".
We build our work on several fundamental principles such as: big range of products, high level of assortment and fast satisfaction of Customer needs.
Our rating is high and trade mark (brand) is well-known in Russia and CIS.
The main fields of our activity
1. The manufacture of polyvinylchloride linoleum which is made from polyester fiber and based on non-woven needle-piercing technology; automobile linoleum that has grooved and "chess" surfaces; artificial leather; membranous materials; several kinds of pressurizes; awning materials; polystyrene plates; polyethylene chimneys; paints; glues.
2. The distribution of our products through retail chains and sales agents. The majority of our production is sold in large wholesale volumes.
