Director's speech

"Ulyanovsk plant Stroiplastmass Limited" was based in the beginning of 1989, when the small workshop, producing linoleum, was decided to build near Ulyanovsk. In association with Moscow HSRI "Polimerstroimaterialy" we created necessary documentation and began to build the plant. At 30 September 1989 we produced the first meters of linoleum. In 1990 we launched the manufacturing line, producing wall-emerizing material "Penoplena" which allows us to produce several kinds of products. In 1993 we opened up the production of pressurizes, polyethylene pellicle, izopellicle, woven and velour rainbows, vinylskin, sanitarian-technical units which are made from artificial marble. In 1995 needle-piercing linen's workshop began to produce the linoleum's underlying cause, and in 1996 we launched polyethylene chimneys (diameter 25, 63, 90 and 110 millimeters), water-dispersing paints for external and internal works and "Divitax" glue.

Permanent modernization of acting technologies and putting new of them into operation allow us to produce high-quality production, which finds a market in all-Russia territory and foreign countries.

Nowadays our main products are high-quality linoleum (different colors), width - 1.5, 1.6, 2 meters; automobile linoleum that has grooved and "chess" surfaces, width - 2 meters, and also polyethylene chimneys used for water supply and sewerage system; automobile, building, and refrigeration pressurizes; polyethylene pellicles and other production. We widely use flexible price policy and system of accumulating discounts, etc.

We work with almost all Russian regions and several CIS's countries. And certainly with pleasure we are eager to consider new offers in the field of mutually beneficial cooperation.
